A Unique Blend of Tradition and Nature

Cirelli Wines stands out for its commitment to biodynamic practices, honoring age-old traditions while celebrating the rich history of Abruzzo. This region is known for its diverse offerings, including grapes, olives, cherries, and figs, all nurtured by the natural rhythms of the land.

Exceptional Winemaking Techniques

Located between the stunning Gran Sasso National Park and the Adriatic Sea, Cirelli Wines specializes in regional wines with protected designation of origin. The flagship offerings include the robust Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, the vibrant Cerasuolo DOC, and the crisp Pecorino DOC and Trebbiano DOC. A distinctive aspect of their winemaking is the use of large terracotta amphorae, with capacities of up to 800 liters, which impart flavors reminiscent of ancient Caucasian, Greek, and Roman wines dating back 7,000 years.

A Commitment to Sustainability

As the wine matures in its amphorae for up to 12 months, life flourishes on the estate. Farm animals roam freely among the vineyards, while vegetables and fruits enrich the soil. Guests from around the world are welcomed to a serene environment where time feels meaningful again. Since 2003, Francesco and Michela have dedicated themselves to this mission, ensuring that every aspect of Cirelli Wines reflects their passion for quality and sustainability.

For those seeking a holistic experience, Cirelli Wines offers Glamping accommodations, recognized as one of the best in Italy. This intimate retreat combines modern comforts with a deep respect for nature, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and connection with the environment.

This company is worth visiting for the wines it produces, with a particular preference for Cerasuolo and Montepulciano. Excellent welcome and kindness from Mimmo.

Fabulous amphora wine. The bottle fermentation is also not to be underestimated. Various productions follow, including spelt, Saragolla and Antonello mead. It is a continuously growing company. Owner and competent staff.

I took my partner’s family to this local wine producer for a wine tasting and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was of great quality. The wine was sublime, so was the local produce they served us with it. Our guide, Alessandro is a great lad: very nice and funny. The area where the azienda Cirelli is located is of a great beauty and extremely relaxing. On one side you have vineyards, on the other side you have the majestic feature of the “calanchi” which gives the landscape a unique characteristic. We’ll be back guys 😊😊

What a beautiful experience! My husband Luca and I were guests in the brand new glamping house attached to the Cirelli company and we can say we spent four dream days! The house is above the olive groves, in the literal sense, with a wonderful view of the Gran Sasso, the Apennines and Città San Giovanni. Peace reigns supreme, maximum intimacy, extremely high comfort, because the house is equipped with everything, with the plus of having a very comfortable bed. A gem is the breakfast served in your room every morning, with very fresh products and fruit scented with mint or thyme from the garden. We also visited the company and tried the tasting experience, spending a pleasant and tasty evening in the company of new friends, namely the staff and Michela, whom we thank from the bottom of our hearts, hoping to see each other again very soon.
