Have tastings of their wines and visit their cellar. The last 500 meters of the road to get there are not on Google Maps which instead leads you onto a dirt road. Do not take the dirt road but follow the signs and stay on the asphalt road

This is one of the very best wine tasting experiences I have EVER had! Our guide, Frederico, was fun, knowledgeable and passionate about Colle Manora. He took us on a tour of the facilities, including the oak barrel and steel barrel rooms. One of the highlights, leading to the tasting itself, was a tour of couture by Mila Schon, a true innovator of fashion design from the 60’s to the 80’s. And the wines… fantastic! We tried Sauv Blanc and Pinot Noir (I know, unusual for the region!)… both great. Their Barbera was smooth and delightful. The “tastings” were more like full pours also. The entire experience (with lots of questions and discussion) was about 2 hours. Put this place on your list if you are in the Fubine/Monferrato region. Just great!

The winery is located on the edge of the Monferrato hills and produces excellent wines that we have chosen to keep on the menu for some years now. Thanks to Niccolò Petrilli for his great availability and for the passion he puts into his work 🍷🍇😊

Today we took advantage of the free time and the beautiful day and visited the Colle Manora winery. After the welcome by Niccolò, we were accompanied during the visit with great availability. Let's start with the description of the vineyards arranged like an amphitheater in front of the cellar that acts as a stage. The grapes, the spectators, are now in the barrels to be transformed into wine. The visit continues inside and fortunately the decanting has just been completed and the room fills with an enveloping and cheerful scent of must. We continue in the barrel cellar with the red Ferrari chassis on the back wall; the description of the Chardonnay resting in the barrels already makes me suspect it. Visit with detailed explanation in the small studio-museum dedicated to Mila Shön's clothes and works of art, followed by tasting. We obviously try the Mila, a wonderful 2015 Chardonnay aged in barriques. Really excellent: a subtle hint of wood that enhances the already rich bouquet. We take another walk through the vineyards to enjoy the beautiful day and the warmth of the wine. We had a wonderful afternoon 😀😀😀

I have been buying bulk wine here for a while now: excellent red and white (Barbera and Chardonnay) at a good price. The bottled wine is high-end, although obviously not cheap. This company has become my go-to for wine.
