Overlooking the magnificent hillside, the Colle Manora winery is located in the center of an amphitheater of beautiful vineyards. It is dotted by acacia, oak, and cherry woods from the north-east side between the provinces of Quargnento and Fubine. Besides wines, the company also consists of Lance Martini Car Collections and a cozy B&B for guests.

Colle Manora, Reflecting the Traditional Values of Italy

Colle Manora, established by Eleonora Limonci in 1981, was later acquired by the Schön family for more than ten years now. Over the years, the company has undergone various changes, such as replanting of the vineyards and the introduction of modern tools and techniques in the cellar. The winery’s structure is entirely renovated, respecting the traditional values of Italy. Today, with great love and dedication for wines, Mila Schön – a famed fashion designer, along with her son – a car racer and luxury car consultant, manages the administration of the Colle Manora Winery. The Colle Manora Winery covers a total area of 75 hectares, out of which vineyards cover a land of 20 hectares, where Mila Schön grows both indigenous and international grapes. It includes high-quality Barbera, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, in combination with juicy Nebbiolo, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The owner also grows Albarossa to add complexity to some of her wines.

Gentle Processing of Grapes is the Top Priority

Equipped with modern machinery, the high-tech cellar also has an automated monitoring system, based on which vinification takes place in the steel tanks. To keep intact the organoleptic characteristics of the wines, the winery uses wooden oak barrels and barriques for aging and refining of its wines at a controlled temperature.
