Azienda Agricola Dalzocchio is perched atop the picturesque Rovereto hill in Trentino, offering breathtaking views over the Vallagarina valley. This enchanting location features two hectares of lush woodland alongside two hectares of meticulously tended Pinot Noir vineyards, all cultivated using organic farming practices. Here, the harmonious relationship between the land, plants, and people creates a unique environment that reflects our dedication to quality and sustainability.

Vinification

Our Pinot Noir is crafted with inspiration from French winemaking traditions while remaining deeply connected to our local terroir. Each grape is hand-harvested and placed in small containers to ensure only the finest fruit is selected. The vinification process occurs in open oak vats, allowing for spontaneous fermentation that honors traditional methods. The wine is then aged in 228-liter oak barrels for 18 months, resulting in a refined and expressive flavor profile.

Our Wines

Pinot Nero Dalzocchio is a distinguished Dolomite wine characterized by its elegant ruby red hue and vibrant aromas of small fruits and herbs. The palate reveals a soft texture with ripe, juicy fruit complemented by velvety tannins. Balsamic and spicy notes enhance the long finish, providing a memorable sensory experience that showcases the essence of our region.
