A Family Winery

Villa Corniole is a family-owned winery dedicated to producing exceptional wines in the beautiful region of Trentino. Our passion for winemaking drives us to create authentic wines that showcase the unique terroirs of Valle di Cembra and Piana Rotaliana in Trentino-Alto Adige.

With a rich viticultural heritage, our family has cultivated grapes in the stunning Valle di Cembra for generations. This area is known for its heroic viticulture, where we craft wines that embody the beauty and spirit of the Dolomites. We oversee every step of the process, from grape cultivation to the final product, ensuring the highest quality in every bottle.

The Lands of Villa Corniole

In Valle di Cembra, we grow a variety of grapes, including Müller Thurgau, a hallmark of mountain wines, Chardonnay (produced as both still and Trentodoc sparkling wine), Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Nero. Additionally, in Piana Rotaliana, we manage 3 hectares of vineyards dedicated to Teroldego, Lagrein, and Pinot Grigio, which thrive in this unique terroir. With around 12 hectares of vineyards across Valle di Cembra and Piana Rotaliana, our family proudly represents the essence of mountain viticulture in Trentino-Alto Adige. Villa Corniole is committed to crafting unique and elegant wines that reflect our cherished alpine landscape.

A small but fine cellar. Sabina is very good and accompanied us on a tour with passion, commitment and competence. The wines tasted were excellent, especially the Trentodoc Salisa Zero. And if you opt for the premium experience, a generous plate of cold cuts and cheese is included.

During my last visit to the Villa Corniole winery, I was deeply impressed by the passion and dedication that is evident in every aspect of the production of their wines. The tasting was a journey through the authentic flavors of the region with a truly wide selection of wines. A special mention goes to their 7 Pergole, an elegant and refined red wine made from Teroldego. The atmosphere in the winery is warm and welcoming, the staff is trained and passionate, ready to share their knowledge and accompany guests in the discovery of the wines. The visit was a complete sensory experience. I strongly recommend all lovers of good wine to visit Villa Corniole, a place where the passion for viticulture combines with the beauty of the surrounding landscape to create a unique and unforgettable experience.

Sabina welcomed us with great cordiality, kindness and professionalism. She guided us on a visit to the winery, opening up an interesting overview of the territory of the Cembra valley. She conveyed her family's passion for wine, telling us step by step about the birth and evolution of the winery: a dream that is coming true, the result of vision, concreteness and innovation. The tasting was extensive and full of surprises. The common characteristic of cleanliness of all the wines should be highlighted: it enjoys the respect reserved for the originality of each of them. An elegant experience! Highly recommended.

Villa Corniole is an excellence of the Cembra Valley and Trentino, but above all the story of a family's love for wine and the territory. Everything, from the visit to the barrel cellar to the tasting, leaves a feeling of deep satisfaction, admiration and the desire to return with friends. From a refined oenological point of view, there are many flagships of the winery, but I choose to put the copper-colored Pinot Grigio on my very own pedestal: an authentic masterpiece capable of surprising me. Congratulations to the owners who have managed to build such a beautiful reality as this company.

Excellent wine tour! Suited to all levels of wine knowledge as I am a novice but everything was well explained in English and the tour was able to talk in greater detail to the more knowledgeable people in the group. The winery itself is beautiful and the tasting room at the end has a beautiful view. Overall, excellent wine and service! Thank you.
