Gaudenz Gutshof Isser, Naturally Blessed Winery

Christine Schoenweger, the only female distiller of South Tyrol, is a successful businesswoman who looks for authenticity in her products. The quality-conscious and curious winemaker produces wines that properly reflect the characteristics of the Partschins commune environment. The vineyard benefits from the sun and the alpine Mediterranean climate of the Partschins region. The vineyards also enjoy the mountain spring water from the Pastschins mountain.

Variety of Unique Wines at Gaudenz Gutshof Isser

The fully ripened fruit blessed by the South Tyrolean sun is converted into the finest wines in the wood-fired copper still at Gaudenz Farm Distillery. Christine's experience, along with her distilling skills and passion, results in one-of-a-kind, limited-edition spirits with a thrillingly powerful fruity aroma. Some of the wines produced at Gaudenz are Muller Thurgau, Goldmuskateller, Vernatsch and Zweigelt. These wines are aromatic and have balanced flavors.

Charming Gaudenz Farm Distillery

The Gaudenz Farm Distillery's majestic walls conceal a long history that began in 1348 with the man who built it, Gaudenz von Partschins. The Gaudenz name means to delight in Latin. The delightful distillery is the birthplace of the tastiest, crispiest, and most aromatic wines made by a lovely winemaker who has mastered her skills with years of experience in winemaking. The skills that she passed on to her son. Now the family-run winery produces the finest wines and spirits.

After a detailed apple tour with a visit to the apple orchard, tasting apple juice, red wine and distilled spirits in the historic vault... Open late in the afternoon. Recommended!
