The diverse soils, primarily clay with limestone, alluvial gravel, and sandy granite, combined with organic farming practices, contribute to the remarkable flavors of their wines. The vineyard consists of 55 parcels across 14.5 hectares, benefiting from a unique micro-climate and optimal sun exposure. Among their offerings, Riesling stands out as the most prestigious, known for its vibrant, dry palate and complex bouquet, showcasing elegance and finesse.
Guests are welcome at Domaine Aimé Stentz from Monday to Saturday. A guided tour of the estate allows visitors to see the cellars and vineyards while sampling their fresh wines in a charming tasting room. An absolute recommendation! We called on a Sunday and even though it was closed, we were allowed to come by for a tasting because it suited the winemaker. We received great advice, had a pleasant atmosphere and would come back anytime.

A really great experience, very friendly host who let us taste from 12 different wines at our leisure. The selection was pretty big, and there are some real gems among them. Enjoyed the cave like atmosphere and how it is situated out in a small village. Would recommend anyone to go here.
