Domaine Aimé Stentz is located in the heart of Alsace and extends over 28 acres of land. The Stentz family runs the winery operation putting into practie their passion and knowledge of wine. Marc, the manages the vineyard and promotes the production of organic wine at the estate with great success.

The Local Terroir and its Magnitude of Benefits

The winery produces world-class wines using the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. The richness of soils and organic winemaking procedures enable the winery to produce incredible tasting wines. The majority of their soils are clay with limestone, alluvial gravel, and sandy granite. The winery benefits from its soil, unique micro-climate, and sun exposure. All of these factors contribute to the large array of winem from simple varietal wines to complex terroir driven wines. The vineyard of Domaine Aimé Stent has 55 parcels, stretching out on the land over 14.5 hectares. Riesling is the best and most prestigious wine with it’s lively and dry palate yet rich and complex bouquet. The flavor is synonymous for its elegance and finesse.

If you want to visit Domaine Aimé Stent, we recommend a guided tour of the estate. The winery accepts guests from Monday through Saturday. You can explore their cellars and vineyards while also taste their fresh wines sitting in their beautiful tasting room. Take a group tour of the vineyard or visit the estate individually. Be sure to book your visit in advance for convenience. Domaine Aimé Stent gives you an incredible opportunity to experience Alsace’s developed terroir and the complexity of the wines grown there.
