Wine Making Methods
The chalky soils at Cave des Vignerons of Pfaffenheim allow the winemakers at the estate to produce rich and luxurious wines with high quality. Their wines carry a complex delicate bouquet of fruity and mineral notes. Pfaffenheim cellar possesses highly modern pneumatic presses, they make wines in high-quality stainless steel vats, and provide the fermentation and the extraction rich in fruity characteristics.
