The Launch of an Organic Line

In 1999, Domenis responded to the growing demand for sustainable products by introducing an organic line. As consumers increasingly sought healthier options, the distillery began sourcing organic certified pomace from trusted suppliers. This commitment to quality extends to their kosher offerings, crafted in accordance with traditional Jewish practices, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their exceptional grappas.

Domenis takes pride in selecting the finest raw materials from over 300 wineries in Friuli during the harvest season.
