Located in the picturesque Voegtlinshoffen commune, the EARL Marzolf Lucien & Fils winery is a cherished family estate that has been passed down through three generations. This small winery is situated in the heart of Alsace's renowned vineyards, where tradition and passion for winemaking come together.

Close to the Beautiful City of Colmar

The estate spans 9 hectares and is conveniently located just 10 km south of Colmar. The vineyards thrive on the slopes of the Vosges mountains, at altitudes ranging from 200 to 400 meters above sea level.

This unique elevation allows the vines to receive optimal sunlight, promoting the slow ripening of grapes. The warm, sunny late season encourages the development of noble rot, enabling late harvests that yield grapes with exceptional concentration.

Meticulous Grape Processing for Exceptional Wines

At EARL Marzolf Lucien & Fils, grapes are carefully pressed whole, avoiding crushing or destemming to preserve their integrity. The estate produces a variety of grape types, including Sylvaner, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer. The gentle pressing process is followed by fermentation, with wines aged until spring. All wines are crafted under the AOC appellation, including Crémant d’Alsace, Vin d’Alsace Riesling, and more. The winery specializes in red, white, and sparkling wines, each reflecting the unique terroir of Alsace.

Family-run winery with beautifully crafted wines. Casual and no frill tasting hosted in the cellar by the friendly winemaker Mathilde. You'll know everything you need about the great wines of Alsace. Access can be a little tricky in the small street and better make a reservation in advance.
