Family Heritage Since the 1600s

Espenhof's winemaking tradition dates back to the 1600s, when one of their ancestors began cultivating grapes in the Taunus region. Today, the estate is managed by the eighth generation, Wilfried and Heike Espenschied. Sustainable Practices and Low-Intervention Winemaking

Young winemaker Nico Espenschied embraces a philosophy of low intervention in the cellar, producing natural wines without fining or additives.
