What a great decision to visit the Hack weingut on the way back from the holiday. Had a great welcoming by Jana and the family. Tasted great wines which were talked about with the enthusiasm it deserves. The only negative thing I can say is that I didn't buy enough. But I'll surely be back soon to stock up on more wine for a nice price. ps. Still appriciate the nice Hauck bag

A wonderful family-run winery with a warmth that is second to none. The wines are special and have a great price-performance ratio. It is always a pleasure to go to Bermersheim.

The Hauck winery in Bermersheim is a little jewel in the world of wine. The great and unusual white wines (Mystique, barrique chardonnay) and the Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine are wonderful products. The warmth and long-standing tradition of the winemakers and their employees give the winery a very special atmosphere. The wines from the Hauck winery impress with their excellent quality and unmistakable taste. Every sip reveals the careful craftsmanship and pursuit of perfection captured in every drop. The Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine stands out as a sparkling star that impresses not only with its exquisite taste, but also with its elegance and sophistication, and undoubtedly rivals any champagne. The winemakers at the Hauck winery not only produce first-class wines, but also radiate a warm hospitality that makes every visit an unforgettable experience. A highlight in my calendar: Helping with handpicking for a weekend. Their long-standing tradition is reflected not only in the quality of the wines, but also in the care and love for viticulture, which can be felt in every detail. The hand harvest for selected wines shows the pursuit of the highest quality and produces wines that really make every meal, meeting, summer evening, fireside chat, birthday, etc. something special.

We were there for a wine tasting last year and it was just great... nice family... great wines. The red wine delighted me all winter long. And now that the temperatures are getting milder, the rosé is already calling out to me. The wine list is varied and there are also some special grape varieties. The wine is just fun.

Fantastic wines, an incredibly warm family of winemakers and expertise that you can taste. Helping out during the grape harvest offers exciting insights and is the perfect anti-stress seminar. As regular customers, we have been enjoying the wines for many years and are always happy about the new creations, which have always impressed us. Conclusion: An absolute recommendation across the board.

At the Hauck winery you will always receive a very, very friendly welcome! We work here with a lot of passion and in family tradition. Whether it's detailed explanations about wine production with a walk around the farm, tasting or sales or a great time during the grape harvest, the Hauck family takes a lot of time for guests and ensures an absolute feel-good atmosphere and high-quality wine enjoyment. In summer/autumn it almost seems as if you are visiting Tuscany in Rheinhessen and you like to stay that way until the sun has set behind the vines. I also think it's great that fresh ideas are emerging here and there that spice up the wine list alongside the popular classics with delicious and well-thought-out "special editions"! I'll definitely be back 🍇✂️
