The winery, Weingut & Gästehaus Beyer-Bähr is located in Wonnegau which lies in the south of Rheinhessen. Flörsheim-Dalsheim is the most awarded wine-growing community in the world and it is where this winery has existed since 1665. Passed down from one generation to the next, the company has evolved in terms of the people as well as in terms of their motive. At present, it is solely a wine-growing company which undertakes all the processes, from pruning to bottling as well as the distribution.
Winery Beyer-Bähr: a real family run business
Beyer-Bähr has been a family business for more than 3 centuries and their work reflects those 300 years of experience. The working philosophy has been passed on and improvised over time as it got inherited from one generation to the next. Environmentally friendly and sustainable cultivation is practiced in the vineyard. Every individual vine has its own requirement like the location, climate and soil. In general, each grape variety has a preference for its own terroir. This is taken into consideration at the winery and is worked on accordingly.
