A story spanning over 150 years — that of the Fratelli Pisoni Winery, a family-run estate nestled in the heart of the beautiful “Valle dei Laghi,” just a few minutes from the city of Trento.
This area is highly valued for its unique geographical position and distinctive microclimate, which enhance the development of special aromas and fragrances in the grapes.
The Pisoni family, since 1852, are among the oldest winemakers and distillers in Trentino, producing high-quality wines and grappas, aged and stored in both historic and modern cellars.

Grappa

The production of high-quality Grappa has always been a hallmark of the long-standing tradition and expertise of the Fratelli Pisoni Distillery.
During the harvest season, every stage of the distillation process is personally overseen by the Pisoni Master Distillers.

Sparkling Wine TrentoDoc

The production of Pisoni Trento DOC is cared for like a precious family treasure.
The Pisoni family, among the first producers in Trentino and founding members of the Trento DOC Institute, boast a long-standing history in the art of Classic Method sparkling wine.
This ancient tradition dates back to the early 1970s, a time when only a few wineries in Trentino were producing Trento DOC.

The factory outlet in the old vaulted cellar is definitely worth seeing. I recommend a tour of the production facilities. It's a beautiful craft, practiced here with passion. All products are available in the shop.

We spontaneously decided to visit Pisoni, and it worked out wonderfully: it was a private tour, as there were no other visitors on the holiday. Rebecca took excellent care of us. In her wonderful German, she tells an interesting story about the house and explains all the stages of production in a way that even laypeople can understand. Due to time constraints, we only booked a small tasting 😭😭😭 with three drinks. Rebecca accommodated our request and let us try either grappa and/or spumante. Our daughter got a Zeroncello, a non-alcoholic limoncello. Great wines, great atmosphere, great experience, wonderful time, truly Trentodoc! Highly recommended! Thank you so much to dear Rebecca! A tip: to avoid regrets later, like I did, don't buy too little!
