Fäsi Estate Winery: a unique collaboration
The founder Fäsi Estate Winery, Ralph P. Fäsi immigrated from Switzerland to the United States when he was 28 years old and later bought River Ranch property which included a 42-acre vineyard. In 2000, Ralph planted Syrah grapes in the hopes of creating his own wine one day. Later he was connected with a winemaker in Argentina by the name of Karim Mussi. They became business partners and set out to create something wonderful, Fäsi Argentina wines.
Following a sustainable philosophy
With the introduction of Ken’s Central Coast wines, Fäsi winery now offers wines from 3 regions: Madera County, Central Coast of California, and Argentina. The Fäsi Estate Syrah Vineyard, “Vineyard 2000” aka “V2K” is located along the banks of the San Joaquin River in Madera County and was developed according to the most advanced technology. The Estate Vineyard was planted to Petite Sirah, Charbono, Cabernet Franc and the Charbono.
Fäsi Argentina wines are crafted in the finest wine grape growing region in Argentina. The Valley is blessed with the excellent sun exposure with moderate temperature. Farmed sustainably, the vineyards are made up of the original root stocks. Natural fertilizer is created by combining winter cover crops and pressed grape skins.
