Resort located in a wonderful position surrounded by hills and vineyards. Brand new and very well-kept structure, interesting visit to the cellar and the truly excellent wine. The spa and swimming pool are also beautiful, not to mention the fabulous breakfast with 0 km cured meats and cheeses and delicious homemade cakes. Young but very helpful and knowledgeable staff, ready to come to my aid to resolve a small problem. I leave some constructive advice to improve the hospitality aspect in the future: -put the phone in the room to talk to the reception. -provide disturb or not disturb cards to attach to the external handle to prevent staff from entering the room thinking that no one is there. - the idea of letting people enter the spa by reservation is a good one, but select the entrances better to avoid overcrowding or cautious and impolite situations not suited to this place of relaxation. -if there are some young or poorly educated customers it would be a good thing to hire them back in certain situations. To give an example, tell him not to show up in the breakfast room in slippers and shorts all sweaty and not really perfumed after having just done a sports session. I think he should be told by the staff that in certain places where people eat, a minimum of composure is required. and respect, but I saw that it wasn't like that. Thanks, I hope I was useful to you. I will definitely come back to visit you and recommend your facility to friends.
