**Location and Terroir** Gianni Moscardini Winery is nestled in the northern part of the Tuscan Coast, approximately 30 km north of Bolgheri and just 10 km from the sparkling seashore. Situated on a highland near the charming village of Pomaia, our vineyards thrive in a unique terroir that reflects the essence of the land. We focus on crafting authentic wines that showcase the distinct characteristics of our soil and the potential of individual grape varieties. The vineyards, located around 180 meters above sea level, benefit from a gentle southwest slope, creating the ideal conditions for producing elegant, structured wines.

**Soil and Climate** The diverse soil composition ranges from pure limestone of marine origin to stony, arid volcanic terrain, with pockets of clay enriching the landscape. The abundant sunlight, gentle breezes, and significant temperature variations contribute to the development of complex aromas and a gradual maturation process, ensuring a harmonious balance in our wines.

**Winery Details** Founded in 2008, Gianni Moscardini Winery spans 17.5 hectares of meticulously maintained vineyards. Our wine shop and tasting room welcome visitors year-round, Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Join us to experience the quality and craftsmanship that define our wines, and enjoy a taste of Tuscany's rich viticultural heritage.

At this winery, we found quality, enthusiasm, and friendliness. The winery was beautiful, and the tasting was excellent. It was managed very well, also in compliance with anti-Covid regulations. The wines were excellent; we particularly enjoyed the reds. An experience worth repeating!
