“Super Tuscans” were born as rebellious wines, embodying creativity and innovation. Born in the 1980s, this category represents an evolution from traditional Tuscan wine regulations, incorporating grape varieties typically associated with other wine regions into their blends.
During the tour, we will guide you through a visit to our winery and the “Cantina” vineyard, where you’ll discover our innovative approach and the unique characteristics of the grape varieties cultivated in our territory. We’ll walk through the vineyard rows, sharing our personal interpretation of Super Tuscans, a product of tradition and continuous research.
The visit will conclude in the shade of a panoramic gazebo overlooking the vineyards and the picturesque Pisan hills. Here, you’ll have the pleasure of tasting our entire Terroir line, an exclusive collection whose aromatic character is enriched by the expert use of French oak.
The tasting includes 4 wines: one rosé and our three outstanding single-vineyard wines (crus), each produced in limited and numbered quantities, served in refined Burgundy glasses to highlight every nuance.
A unique experience for enthusiasts and connoisseurs, immersed in the beauty and flavors of the Tuscan Coast.

Tasting of 4 wines (Rose PENTEO, Fiano ARTUME, Cabernet Franc ATTEONE, OPERAUNDICI) served along with locally produced bread & schiacciata, pecorino cheese, salame and extra virgin olive oil.

Reservations are highly recommended.
Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal, or on-site.
For groups of 8 or more people, a reservation and a deposit of €20 per person are required, with the balance paid at the winery.
