Gianni Ramello- A Small Winery in La Morra
The Gianni Ramello is a small winery in La Morra, present in the middle of the famous Langhe region. When Gianni took over the family business, he only used to grow grapes, and one day decided to take the next step to become a winemaker. He has a lot of experience in the winemaking field and uses a combination of modern, innovative technology with old family traditions to make the best, distinct wines. Along with his son, Matteo, his main aim is to create wines that reflect the qualities of the beautiful Langhe region to the whole world.
Dedicated Workers
As they are small producers, they can visit the vineyards every day and work with dedication in the vineyards. All the work in the vineyards and the barrels is done carefully so that the wine vintages are unique every year and match the high expectations they have for their wines. They own around three hectares of vineyards on the left of the Tarano River. The microclimate here, along with a sandy soil favors the growth of vines. The grapes that grow here are Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto.
