The winery spans 12 hectares of fully organic vineyards, certified since 2004. This commitment to organic agriculture allows for the production of authentic wines. The winemaking process includes hand-harvesting, fermentation with natural yeasts, and the absence of sulphites during and after vinification, ensuring a pure taste in every bottle.

Write a reviewVery pleasant place, where Brigitte and Gilles welcome you with all their kindness, The room was very clean and comfortable, The visit to the estate is done with passion (it makes you want to come back and do the harvest with them), and there is a very nice tasting experience. A special mention for the copious breakfast that is served to you the next morning. We had an excellent stay!

A very good weekend in this pleasant residence, in the middle of the Corbières. Accommodation with character, quiet environment, wine tasting and hearty breakfasts, everything was perfect. Thanks again to our hosts.

We will keep great memories of the night we spent in this elegant guest house. The wine workshop led by Gilles, our very friendly host, was really well organized and fascinating. Our quiet and comfortable room had a huge and pretty bathroom that was really very original. The excellent breakfast served on beautiful dishes was very varied and worthy of a large hotel. We really loved our short stay in this beautiful Corbières region and highly recommend this very welcoming place.

We spent one night at the estate. The welcome was warm, the visit of the estate fascinating and the tasting allowed us to make great discoveries. The house is full of charm, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is more than generous with a good portion of organic, local or homemade products. An address to recommend!
