Domaine Grand Guilhem is a beautiful family-run winery. The winery overlooks the beautiful town of Cascastel in the heart of the Cathar country. Its location is only 25 km away from the Mediterranean beaches, 30 km south of Narbonne, 40 km southeast of Carcassonne and 40 km north of Perpignan. Domaine Grand Guilhem with its ornate windows, balconies, mosaics and ocher-tones walls, displays a similar aesthetic to the nearby castle of Cascastel creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Organic Wines from Domaine Grand Guilhem

The vineyards, fully organic, cover an area of 12 hectares. In fact, the winery has been certified for organic agriculture since 2004 in order to produce more authentic wines. They practice hand-harvesting, a fermentation using only natural yeasts and do not use sulphites during or after vinification.
