The team will be glad to show you the equipment used for vinification (crates, de-stemmer/crusher, ratchet press, …), the vinification cellar with explanations of different processes, the jar cellar (for vinification of orange wine and maturing for Le Pointilliste) and finally the tasting cellar. You can also see the wine harvest ‘les Vendanges.’
