I had been to a few wineries in Alentejo and was not too impressed, especially with the reds. This place changed that. Whoever is making the wine knows what they're doing. Staff was friendly and professional. Food tasty.

Stopped in hoping to try some wine and got lucky when the wonderful woman at the office made time for us. Great experience. The wine is also great, we're bringing some back to Canada with us. Thanks so much for making our trip to the region so worth it.

We had a great experience visiting the winery today. Helena gave us a very informative tour, we saw the wine making process and tasted some great different wines. We also enjoyed the friendly welcome of the resident dog Cacau (who actually has a wine named after him) :-). We definitely recommend a visit when you’re in the area.

Incredible place, we were very well received by Catarina and Matilde and we were able to learn a little about the history of Herdade Grande and buy some excellent quality wines, thank you girls for your attention!
