The best winery in Skopje. The tour and tasting was a great experience. We tried multiple different wines and the owner gave a description of every wine. The tasting comes with a great charcuterie. The tour walked through the entire wine making process. Highly recommend

Our tasting tour at Kartal Winery was both educational and enlightening, making it a highlight of our vacation in Skopje. The tour began with a detailed explanation of the winemaking process, showcasing the machinery and artistry involved, and culminated in the tasting of six distinct wines. This was not only enjoyable but also a truly valuable experience, enriched by the context of Macedonian wine culture. I had a fantastic time! A lovely family owned Winery. They talked us through the process, showed us around, and we tasted lots of their wines. I found it hard to choose a favorite wine! I'd recommend it!

There was quite a trip from the city centre but it was oh so worth it. We were greeted by the pair of brothers who started the winery. Both of them gave a wonderful impression. I believe the trip around the place was a very interesting and educating experience and I got to hear all about the process of making their wine. The time of tasting the wine came and it did not disappoint! I got to try one of their rosè wines, 2 of their white wines as well as 3 of their red wines. As a not so experienced wine drinker this was the place to open my eyes to the possibilities that the world of wine has to offer!

The tour of the wine cellar was very interesting and the tasting afterwards was delicious. We really enjoyed it and can definitely recommend this tour! Thank you very much!

Simply brilliant! First you are shown around and the individual steps of wine production are explained, then you look at the "supplies". Then your wine is tasted and something is explained about each wine. We thought this tour was absolutely great and one of our highlights in Skopje!
