Founded in 2002 by Dr. Risto Ljubotenski, Imako Vino has grown steadily while honoring the family’s commitment to quality winemaking. The winery has made significant investments over the years, enhancing its facilities with a modern cellar and a two-column distillery. These improvements have allowed Imako Vino to expand its range of wines, spirits, and brandies, solidifying its reputation in the Macedonian wine industry.

Vineyards and Grape Varieties

Spanning 650 hectares, Imako Vino cultivates both indigenous and international grape varieties. Notable selections include Vranec, Smederevka, Zilavka, and Stanushina, alongside popular international varieties like Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.
