Iliev Winery is a family operated estate located in the village of Sopot in the Tikveš wine region ( 8km from Kavadarci ) where the entire production process is closely managed, from vineyard to bottle. The winery is built on a straightforward approach that prioritizes grape quality, site expression and consistency in every stage of production.

The vineyards are positioned across carefully selected sites with diverse soil composition, allowing each variety to develop a distinct profile. This enables the winery to produce wines that are structured, balanced and reflective of their origin.

The portfolio includes varietal wines, premium selections and blended cuvées, combining established winemaking practices with a contemporary approach. The focus remains on producing clean, expressive wines with a clear identity and growing international recognition.

Kavadarci region, I have tasted the wine on Belgrade Wine Fair with very high expectations as it is from Kavadarci. Iliev Winery no just meet expectations but even went beyond that. Red Antler is just "fine tuned" taste wine, in my opinion the best (price/value) wine on the Belgrade wine fair 2024. Tamjanika and Syrah are outstanding as well. I would like to taste next year your Tamjanika as barrique that would be perfection I believe. Only downside is that Iliev wines are hard to get in Belgrade out of yearly wine fair.
