A great time with the friendly and humorous winemaker! Kuentz Bas is now attached to the JB Adam estate where we were the day before and honestly it has nothing to do with it. Here, everyone has their place. We are welcomed with open arms and it is a real moment of sharing. A guided tour with anecdotes. The wine is affordable and accessible for novices. Very good :)

Lovely visit and tasting in this fine, high quality & unpretentious vineyard. We called at very short notice having tasted one of their delightful Vendange Tardive wines the previous evening and were welcomed in spite of a very busy afternoon. Excellent good value wines and a very friendly, lovely and knowledgeable hostess. Well worth the detour off the well beaten tourist trail. Thank you!

Our host welcomed us warmly. She gave us a really informative tour and told a lot of the history and heritage of this house. Afterwards we had a tasting which was done in an excellent and knowledgeable manner and where you could feel the passion she has in her trade. The wines were delicious. Highly recommended!

Visited last summer while biking the wine route. Did not have a reservation but we were welcomed by a lovely lady who let us taste several delicious wines. We bought a few bottles and she gave us a wine opener which is why I am remembering to write a review now as I open up a bottle! Thank you! I think her name was Elisabeth? Anyways, great welcome, great wine 🍷, highly recommended.

Excellent wines and a very interesting wine cellar. The tasting was fun and we got a lot of background information. The biodynamic Trois Chateaux series is highly recommended.

Perfect place, pleasant service and no rush. The wines are top notch and of good quality. Can also be bought in Denmark, but at a slightly different price.

A delightful visit and tasting. They were able to accommodate my visit on short notice (I emailed them the day before). Informative tour of their facility and cellar, followed by a tasting of *many* of their exceptional wines. One of the best visit + tastings that I have experienced in France.

This winery is such a gem on the wine route of Alsace! We took a tour of their cave (where they age the wine) led by a very friendly and very knowledgable woman. We had reserved spots on a tour for a Monday, so it would be less crowded. Ended up it was only the two of us! Still, our guide took her time with us, explaining their wine-making process and chatting with us all the way. She even offered to take photos of us at several picturesque spots along the tour. The tour ended with a degustation (or tasting) of their wine, which was absolutely gorgeous. Many of their wines are organic, biodynamic, and Demeter class. She really made us feel welcome and encouraged us to take our time tasting the wine. Her knowledge of wines was apparent and very insightful. The town nearby is truly photogenic. After the tasting we stopped beside the vineyards to take pictures of the surrounding landscapes. I would highly recommend.
