Write a reviewOn Monday 26 November 2024, my wife and I went to "La Guardiense" for a visit to the cellar with tasting. Giovanna, who accompanied us, was very hospitable, enthusiastically telling us the history, since its origins, of the winery and the members who gave life to this beautiful reality. During the visit to the various premises of the company Giovanna explained to us, with great competence, the processing and transformation phases from harvesting to the final product, clarifying all our curiosities. The visit continued in the well-stocked and beautiful store which greatly impressed us. We continued with the tasting during which the wines that we greatly appreciated were opened for us. Obviously we purchased quite a bit of excellent wine.

We went to La Guardiaense for a visit to the cellar with a tasting of the Anima Lavica line. Milena, who accompanied us, was truly hospitable and enthusiastically told us the history of the winery and the members who gave life to this place. Among other things, since it was the harvest period, we were also able to witness the acceptance and unloading phases of the grapes by some members. The visit continued in the beautiful store which, with all those display cases, almost resembles a museum, haha. The wines were opened especially for us and, in addition, an excellent platter of local cured meats and cheeses was prepared for us, including buffalo mozzarella and local taralli and fresh bread; here too, Milena told us more about this new line that we chose for tasting and the characteristics of the different types of bottles that we tasted. In the end I also purchased a bottle of Falanghina which I really appreciated and I find the cost absolutely competitive. It will certainly be a pleasure to taste the company's other products in the future! P.s. taralli, apparently, are a typical product of a nearby town called San Lorenzello - if you are a carbohydrate lover like me, I absolutely recommend you stop by and take home some delicacies!

We came here after a wine in a restaurant i Erculano was from this vinyard and we decided to make a trip from it. Such a nice staff, we got to try a red, 2 white and 2 sparkling wines and all of them were extaordinary! We even got some chocolate cake which was also really good. Very good prices, good selection, really nice staff, will be returning for sure and recommend it honestly!
