Founded in 2000 by the owner and his wife Claudia, along with their sons Giovanni and Jacopo, the winery has transformed an old house and cellar into a modern winemaking facility. The family has also cultivated olive trees, rosa apples from the Sibillini Mountains, and saffron for their organic and vegan cosmetic products, alongside their wine production.

They also produce a sparkling wine using a classic method from a unique hybrid grape, a blend of Verdicchio and Sauvignon Blanc developed in the 1960s by Professor Incrocio Bruni. All wines are crafted to be completely vegan, appealing to a wide range of wine enthusiasts.
