Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo, in the Gentle Hills of the Marche Region

After the restoration of an ancient village in the 20th century, the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo Winery came to be. Perched beautifully on the gentle hills of Marche countryside, an oasis in the central Montefeltro, the 2003-established farmstead of the winery boasts a land extension of 360 hectares. The winery is a short drive away from Urbino and about 20km away from Pesaro. Let yourself get lost in the lush countryside, surrounded by charming vineyards, organic gardens, wheat fields, and olive groves at Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo.

A Long Experience in Organic Winemaking

Since 1997, the winery is cultivating unique vines with the organic farming methods. The owner cultivates a wide range of vines, including Bianchello, Verdicchio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. Some other grapes the company grows are unique Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Incrocio Bruni 54. With CCPB certification, the winery today produces many top-class red, white, and sparkling wines. Along with organic wine, Giacomo e Filippo also produces extra virgin olive oil and various kind of organic honey porducts made with IGT Marche Rosso. It includes Wildflower honey, Acacia honey, and Forest honey. You can visit the Urbino resort and have a wonderful breakfast with honey, paired with wine tasting.

Relax at the Lovely Hotel in the Winery

The winery consists of a hotel, located in the ancient rural residence of the IGT Marche region. The hotel is composed of a wellness center with the facility of a pool for swimming lovers. It has a restaurant, a riding school, and a gourmet pizzeria near the organic garden, established to give all modern comforts to the guests. The hotel is situated under the centuries-old Abbey from which the winery has taken its name.
