Winery Nestled in Nature's Embrace

Located in the picturesque Mango comune of Piedmont, La Trava Winery is a family-owned estate surrounded by stunning landscapes and lush vineyards. Here, the soothing sounds of chirping birds and gentle breezes create a serene atmosphere, while the rich aromas of the land tell the story of the family's deep-rooted viticulture heritage. La Trava is celebrated for its exceptional red and white wines, as well as exquisite grappas, including several DOCG and DOC labels.

Crafting Exceptional Wines

Founded in 1999 by Giorgio and Maria Grazia, La Trava Winery began with a passion for winemaking and a vision to restore the historic Cascina La Trava. After extensive renovations, the estate released its first Moscato in 2000. With over two decades of experience, Giorgio, along with his daughters Elena and Manuela, is dedicated to producing high-quality wines under the Alba DOC and Langhe DOC classifications, sharing their creations with wine enthusiasts around the globe.

Commitment to Sustainable Practices

At La Trava, the vineyards are cultivated with a strong respect for the environment, allowing grapes and local flora to thrive together. Key grape varieties include Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Arneis, Favorita, and Moscato. The winery employs a blend of traditional and modern techniques in both the vineyards and cellar to ensure the highest quality wines. The estate offers a range of delightful options, including red and white wines, sparkling selections, and dessert wines.

Family-run winery, great wines and nice owner. Camper parking has 4-5 parking spots with a bombastic view! We had a great time and took a few cases of wine with us!

Maria is the most lovely host you can imagine, the wine is yummy and the views from the camper van parking are to die for. Drinking water is on site, you can empty your grey water. We love this place! It is ideal for exploring the wonderful region and you depart on some nice hikes right from La Trava.
