Les Héritiers Saint-Genys is above all a family estate spanning 13.5 hectares of vineyards, stretching across the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Acquired in 2011 by Patrice du Jeu, then a restaurateur, through a fortunate turn of events, the estate has since been carefully restored to its former prestige and distinction.

Today, the domaine produces wines from Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay Village, Santenay Premier Cru, and Mercurey Premier Cru.

Among its flagship wines is the Mercurey Premier Cru Clos Marcilly, one of the five historic Premier Cru vineyards of the appellation. Acquired in 2011, entirely replanted, and produced in both red and white since the 2014 vintage, Clos Marcilly is now an exclusive monopole of the estate and has become the true signature of its identity.

Managed according to sustainable viticultural practices, the vineyards are cultivated with the utmost respect for the soil and its natural balance. This meticulous, hands-on approach allows each terroir to express its unique character with authenticity and precision.

The adventure also extends to Domaine de Lathevalle in Beaujolais, where a distinctive Morgon is crafted with the same uncompromising commitment to quality and deep respect for the terroir.

Two estates, one philosophy: a passion for the vine, authenticity, and the pleasure of sharing exceptional wines.
