The ancient vineyards, with rocks dating back 300 million years, impart unique minerals and flavors to the wines crafted at Podere Ai Valloni.

Commitment to Organic Winemaking

At Podere Ai Valloni, the commitment to organic practices is unwavering. The vineyards are free from chemical treatments, and grapes are meticulously hand-pruned. Since receiving certification in organic farming in 2011, the winery has maintained its dedication to producing wines exclusively from grapes grown on-site.

My husband and I did a wine tasting with a visit to the wine cellar, unfortunately we couldn't walk around the rows due to the rainy weather. Tasting of three wines, the Boca DOC very good. They organize many events among others, at the end of May the "Open Cellars" event takes place. You have to book the tasting and the various organized events. A beautiful winery to which we will certainly return.

We visited the vineyard today with our 4 year old daughter and had a truly amazing time learning about the history of the land and wine with Valentina. We also met the owner, Anna. Both were very welcoming and hospitable. The tour included seeing the vines and the cellars and then a tasting with food pairings. The wine is delicious. Highly recommend that anyone visiting the area books on to a tour.

We were welcomed by the owner to a really intimate tasting on a beautiful property. Really enjoyed the wine and learning about the varietals and DOCG.

Really interesting experience, visiting the vineyards and the cellar with the owner, a passionate and dedicated lady, as well as very top quality wines and tastings at a really affordable price, something almost impossible in the area, she also encourages you to buy their excellent wines, also at affordable prices despite being high quality and above all organic. The place is fantastic, well cared for in every corner. Finally a winery that doesn't charge € 40 for a tasting because in my opinion it is one of the best in the area. We will definitely be back.
