Podere Ai Valloni has an Organic Intake on Wine Making
The vineyards use no chemical treatments of any kind. The grapes are manually pruned. The winery received a certified organic farming scheme in 2011 and has stayed true to its promise ever since. Only grapes grown on the farm are used for wine making.
