This review is a bit late, but my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of finding this gem while on a road trip through Portugal in July. We stopped for a wine tasting, not knowing we needed to make a reservation first and we were greeted by José. Even though we didn't have a reservation he was able to put something together for us so we did not miss out. He was a wonderful host and very knowledgeable and proud of the wines and history of the vineyard and property in general. We highly recommend making the reservation as it seems like a great experience and we enjoyed every single wine we tasted and ended up taking more than a handful of bottles with us back home. It was one of the best parts of our trip and we hope to make it back one day. Thank you José!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They make sure your stay is pleasant and help you find places to visit or recommend restaurants. The huge pool and games next to it are great when traveling with children. Tennis court and ping pong table. It was a great experience. Thank you
