Sala de degustación RUVIVE- Spanish Winery with Rich History of the Region

Along the RUTA DEL VINO ARLANZA route, at the south of the city of Burgos and to the east of Palencia, lies the Sala de degustación RUVIVE winery. Along the Castilian provinces of Burgos and Palencia, the river crosses fields of vineyards of the winery, junipers, cereals, and sunflowers. This Spanish winery is rich in the history of the region.

One of the Oldest Wineries of Europe

This wine region embraces countless historical, artistic, and tourist attractions, largely because it is considered one of the oldest not only in Spain but also in Europe. Many are the researchers and historians who place here the first references of wine from the European continent.

The winery is also known as the expert in advising on best wines.

The RUVIVE Tasting Room also provides guided wine tastings, where visitors will be able to learn from an expert about wines and the wine-making process in a fun and entertaining way.

Practicing Ecological ani Traditional Methods of Cultivation

The staff at Sala de degustación RUVIVE winery give special attention to their land and the vineyards in it. They respect Mother Nature and practice ecological ani traditional methods of cultivation. They have a wide range of varieties of grapes cultivated in their vineyards such as VIURA, ALBILLO, GARNACHA, TEMPRANILLO, and CABERNET SAUVIGNON. Only the best grapes are selected for the wine-making process and taken to the cellars. The grapes are fermented and aged properly in the cellars until they are ready for bottling and distribution. The prime wine categories these excellent grapes are used to produce include red, white, rose, sparkling, dessert, and fortified wines.
