Salena Estate was established in 1998 and has continually won multiple trophies and medals for their wines.
Salena Estate Wines was established by Bob and Sylvia Franchitto in the late 1990s. Over the years, the estate has received over 20 trophies, 100 gold medals, and approximately 500 silver and bronze medals, along with many other awards for their organic wines. The owners of Salena Estate Wines are reputable wine distributors in the global market. In combination with producing high quality bulk wines, Salena Estate also delivers private labels and bottled wines on both national and international markets.

Organically Cultivated Vines on Half of the Production
Bob and Sylvia, owners of the estate, grow an extensive range of grapes in their 200 hectares, out of which, 100 hectares are dedicated to organic farming. By using clonal selection and traditional viticulture practices, the couple cultivates Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay, together with aroma-rich Semillon and Petit Verdot. These grapes are manually picked and are processed with complete respect to the environemnent and their local ecosystem. The winery also creates luscious dessert and sparkling wines, all within the Riverland Wine Region.
