Simon Tolley Estate, Small Production with Heart and Soul in the Adelaide Hills

Situated among the fascinating Adelaide Hills, Simon Tolley Estate lies in one of the most profound winegrowing regions of Australia. This boutique winery produces delicious vintage wines from grapes grown in two family-based vineyards. Today, the vineyards are managed with professional skills, combined with conventional winegrowing methods.

The winemaking tradition of Simon Tolley Estate dates back to 1874.

Carrying on Traditions of their Forefathers and following in their Footsteps

After completing a bachelor degree in Viticulture Science in 1998, Simon worked under many renowned labels from Padthaway, Naracoorte to Clare Valley and McLaren Vale, South Australia. After coming home to the Adelaide Hills, he started working as a contract manager in many wine estates. Later, Simon established his dream winery with the birth of Simon Tolley Estate. Today, carrying the traditions of his forefathers and following in their footsteps, he produces many unique wines. His wine categories comprise top-class red, white, and rosé wines, all within the finest wine regions of South Australia.

The Vineyards are Tended with Care and Immense Respect for the Environment

With immense respect for Mother Nature, Simon uses the blessed hills of Adelaide to cultivate grapes on his family-owned land of 27 hectares. His wide selection of vine varieties include Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir. The twisting hills, steep slopes, and lush valleys offer an adequate microclimate and terroir for vines to become fully mature with aromas, flavors, and textures intact.
Surrounded by beautiful country, guests are welcome to plan a stay in their five-bedroom luxury apartment, the Simon Tolley Lodge. The facilites consists of all the modern amenities for visitors like a kitchen, gourmet room, private bar, free WiFi, and so much more.
