Salurnis is a young and vibrant winery located in Salorno on the Wine Road, right at the entrance to Alto Adige in an area characterized by expanses of vineyards and apple orchards.

Our story began in 2019, when, after gaining experience in various wineries, we decided to realize our dream of producing wine from our own grapes. We gave our own interpretation of the land where we were born and raised, transforming and vinifying grapes from vineyards our families have cultivated for generations.
With great enthusiasm, constant commitment, and meticulous care at every stage of the process, we produce wines that embody the essence of the Alto Adige terroir, reflecting our deep connection to our land and tradition. We strive to give each wine unique characteristics through our youthful and innovative approach, enhancing each variety with techniques that combine tradition and innovation.
Our philosophy, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, is based on absolute respect for the land and constant attention to detail. We care for what nature has given us, carrying out all operations by hand with care and dedication.

We look forward to welcoming you to our small, welcoming cellar to discover our artisanal wines: simple, authentic, and fresh, just like us!

We had a great tasting experience with one of the owners. They’re a small winery that started in 2019 after only selling their grapes earlier. Higly recommend!

This young winery located in the heart of Salorno welcomed us with great hospitality, turning the tasting into a delightful conversation. The wines we tasted were all of the highest quality, thanks in part to a skillful and careful use of wood. Both the whites and reds were remarkable: Müller-Thurgau, Chardonnay, Lagrein, and Pinot Noir Riserva. We'll be back!

Salurnis is a winery that masterfully interprets the soul of its terroir. Elegant and minerally wines, capable of expressing freshness, precision, and harmony. Each bottle expresses a passion for sustainable viticulture and a desire to enhance a unique terroir, where nature and tradition meet. A young company that already stands out for its character and quality.

I visited Andrea and Claudia's a few days ago, and even though they were busy starting the grape harvest, they welcomed me with open arms, as always! I tasted their wines (excellent as always) with a delicious speck platter! Highly recommended... Friendliness and quality are their hallmarks!

I visited the Salurnis winery with a group of friends and we were all very impressed. The atmosphere is very suggestive. The guided tour was very interesting, the guide "Claudia" explained the winemaking process with great skill and passion. The tasting was the highlight of the experience: the wines were exceptional, we tasted 5 labels, each with its own unique and well-defined character, accompanied by platters of cold cuts (of their production) and cheeses. I highly recommend this winery to anyone who wants to discover high-quality wines in a suggestive context. It was a very pleasant experience.
