Our Winemaking Philosophy

At Sidereus Vineyard & Winery, we believe that "great wine comes from great fruit." Our winemaker, Jason Bull, is dedicated to crafting reds that showcase depth and balance, while our whites express true varietal character. We focus on guiding the harvest gently, allowing the wine to reflect the natural essence of the grapes. Our goal is to create wines that capture the moment, where nature and artistry come together in perfect harmony.

Our Wines

We proudly offer a selection of estate-grown wines, including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Riesling, each crafted to highlight the unique qualities of our vineyard. In addition to these traditional Oregon varietals, we also import Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon from the hills of eastern Washington, broadening the palate of what the Willamette Valley can provide.

The Willamette Valley is renowned for its ideal climate, nestled between the Pacific Coast Range and the Cascade Mountains, making it perfect for growing exceptional Pinot grapes. At Sidereus, we aim to produce wines that authentically represent our vineyard with minimal intervention. Our wines are designed to be both elegant and bold, reflecting the unique terroir, soil, and seasonal characteristics of the grapes we cultivate.

I enjoyed a lovely wine tasting and charcuterie with my mother and partner on Sidereus' outside, upper deck. The owners and their staff are fantastic. They have a great view of Mt. Hood if you happen to visit when there's no overcast - but either way, that shouldn't deter you from experiencing this top-notch winery. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed a lovely wine tasting and charcuterie with my mother and partner on Sidereus' outside, upper deck. The owners and their staff are fantastic. They have a great view of Mt. Hood if you happen to visit when there's no overcast - but either way, that shouldn't deter you from experiencing this top-notch winery. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful, fully updated space, and super friendly and cheerful staff. Lots of seating options indoors, on the large deck outdoors, on the grassy area below with Adirondack chairs and tables, and in the gazebo. Beautiful views, good variety of wine in the flight. It’s also great that they are open until 6 PM, and the tasting fee is very reasonable. Had a lovely afternoon visit here!

Was my first time going there (I used to go to this location when it was blooming hill). I have to say their wine is absolutely delicious, the tasting room is gorgeous and the views are picturesque. Highly recommend this winery!

This place has new digs, a tasting room just opened today, awesome view and great wines. The black walnut community table is awesome you got to just go there to check it out. Glad we stumbled upon this place we'll be back soon.
