Have just had an incredible night here- the best so far of our trip and we’ve been to some big cities and some excellent bars. Vincenzo treated us like family, couldn’t ask for a more authentic experience of Italian hospitality!

Excellent dinner, refined cuisine and very successful combinations of different ingredients and wines. Fantastic location, reasonable price.

Beautiful experience! From the location to the professionalism of the staff and the materials used for the tasting. An evening for two, a place to taste, a bottle to open… Here you will find all these things together. An important selection of wines of their brand, which may seem a bit reduced to some, but if the line is of excellent quality, everything is fine. The beautiful and welcoming place is certainly not suitable for a company dinner of 50 people, but really very well cared for and suitable for romance. Beautiful evening and there will be no shortage of other similar experiences. Highly recommended + + +

The Vinum is a hidden gem in Villa Caldari. The people are welcoming and kind. The food is amazing and the wine....the best. It's located in the heart of Caldari and will make you fall in love with Italy all over again. Don't miss an opportunity to visit, you won't regret it. ❤️

Great wine bar in the Villa Caldari! Very good organic wines, I chose the organic Cococciola, very aromatic! The Prosecco is also excellent. The pinsa with stracciatella and reserved Cantabrian anchovies is my favorite.

Great wine tasting booked through Airbnb. The lady conducting the tasting knew enough English to make up for our poor Italian, and everything went great. Three wines, bread, olive oil, local cured meats and cheeses made for a nice tasting. Wines were all excellent and one of the owners even dropped in and spoke with us.

Aperitif with first-class locally produced wine in the town of Caldari, a small place but with big plans, a familiar and attentive welcome by the young owner of the company. On a warm day at the end of October, I enjoyed a moment of absolute tranquility, few but right flavors combined with a local pecorino white wine, with a taste of Cantabrian anchovies, excellent tuna bresaola, Montepulciano pecorino, accompanied by bread with ricotta and red wine caviar and, to finish, a tasting of Ortonesi dry sweets. At the end of the aperitif, we had the honor of entering the winery owner's exhibition and admiring the exhibitions of local painters and sculptors. Pleasant and relaxing moment, as well as an opportunity to know and visit unexpected and interesting places and venues in our area.

Little hidden gem with amazing food and new incredible wines to discover, but that's not all, they have their own vineyard and even an small art gallery. Worth going, or taking a quick detour there if you're near.

Great, chic, modern place for a glass (or a bottle) of Good quality wine and high quality food ingredients selected with attention. Perfect place to spend a pleasant evening with friends or a date!

We discovered this recently opened place thanks to The Fork and it was love at first sight. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to describing the peculiarities of the wines and their respective combinations with the menu. The place, although small, has great attention to the smallest details, a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant background music. Ideal for a romantic evening. The project to enhance local products includes proposing a selection of excellent ingredients to accompany the wines they produce. We enjoyed two platters, one with cured meats and cheeses and one with fish, accompanied by two glasses of Barbaresco and a tasting of various types of bread with two types of extra virgin olive oil. All delicious and at the end of the evening we were kindly offered a herbal bitter. We will definitely return to the Vinum winery!
