The Vineyards and Georgian Grape Varieties

The vineyards at Tsinandali Winery area have been restored and replanted by the Chavchavadze Family, where a vast array of vines are grown. The grapes, including Saperavi, Usakhelouri, Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Kisi, along with fragrant Khikhvi, Tsolikouri, Tetra, Aleksandrouli, and Mujuretuli, are grown with the utmost care. There is a commitment to restore native Georgian grape varieties and bring them to the world stage.

In the cellar, hand picked berries are processed using modern technology. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging and bottling in French and American oak barrels.
