Con mucha energía y amor por los buenos vinos, comienza a trabajar allí. Actualmente, está creando vinos increíbles con Tempranillo en la soleada España. Pequeño paraíso para los amantes del Tempranillo. La bodega DOMINIO LUBIANO está situada en la DO Ribera del Duero, una de las regiones vinícolas más famosas del norte de España, que se encuentra en la península ibérica a 800 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Este terroir es asombroso para la variedad de uva autóctona española, el Tempranillo. Esta uva es rica en su excelencia precisamente en esta zona. Cabe mencionar que el 88% de los viñedos son de Tempranillo en Ribera del Duero. Esas son las razones por las que Mónica puede hacer vinos tintos muy valiosos. Lo más interesante de la visita será el edificio de estilo moderno que hay junto al viñedo y con unas vistas espectaculares. Allí tienen un bar de vinos con una oferta muy variada de vinos de toda España. No habrá nada más placentero que beber una copa de Tempranillo junto a un hermoso viñedo y tener una interesante charla con Mónica.

La caliza calcárea es una de las razones principales por las que el Tempranillo es tan rico en sabor en este terroir. Mónica produce dos vinos: uno es un Tempranillo joven, afrutado y fresco que hará que tu viaje por España sea más vívido. Y el otro es un Tempranillo muy elegante que se añeja en barricas de roble francés y tiene muchas capas de aromas. Realmente te divertirás mucho con ellos y sus vinos.

We were there in May 2024, very warm welcome by Monica and informative intro into their wines. We had aspargus „asturiana“ and cheese from the goats of the surroundings. It was a pleasure to be there. The wines are gorgeous. Very fruity and full. Fully Recommend this Place. Scenic view over the grapes and other Spots of the area.

A visit to the winery and a wine tasting are highly recommended. Emilio and Mónica manage to transmit their passion for wine and the land with great enthusiasm. They take the time necessary to explain every detail of the production process, which makes the experience even more enriching. The guided tasting of three red wines was excellent, with clear and well-structured explanations. The service is unbeatable. We will undoubtedly try to return during the harvest season to live the experience in even more detail.

One of the best wine tours I have experienced in my life! I visited the winery with my boyfriend and Emilio and his wife dedicated us 3 full hours. It's a familiar place where you can feel the love and efforts they make. We learned the processes of the wine and how they work, but also tested their delicious wines with a lot of cheese! They were very nice and warm. I definitely recommend this visit! I hope we come back very soon :)
