Here's a review for a winery hotel: --- I recently stayed at this winery and it was an incredible experience. The location offered convenient parking and the beautiful landscape was truly picturesque. The building itself was gorgeous, perfectly complementing the surroundings. One of the standout features was the floral garden bar, which was absolutely stunning. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the wine was exceptional. The staff were lively and extremely accommodating, enhancing our stay with their friendly service. If you’re up for a walk through the vineyard, you’ll find a beautiful pool waiting for you. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food, wine, and stunning scenery.

A night in this hotel in a wonderful, peaceful setting. Devin meal served on a terrace with a view of the vines. Warm and discreet welcome. Spacious and nicely decorated room. Very pleasant staff at the reception, porter and in the dining room. Do not hesitate to buy their wine when leaving. Highly recommended +++

A truly magical place. We extended our stay and spent 5 nights here in the end. The staff are absolutely fantastic and make the hotel what it is. It has everything you need whilst maintaining a small boutique personal vibe. We will certainly be back. Also the restaurant is incredible - we ate there multiple times during our stay.

If you are a dreamer like me, you can't miss coming here. We spent a weekend, including dinner at the "hen" on the wonderful terrace, pampered, cared for, loved. . Location: wonderful, as wonderful as the location. The beauty of nature seems to have stopped here ... a fairy tale! . Service: impeccable in every aspect, dinner, breakfast, reception ... . Rooms: ours is wonderful. Inside there is everything, from the well-stocked bar, to the accessories in the bathroom. . Food: very high quality, where the starred chef, Graziano, wanted to leave his "mark" on every dish. Sophisticated and simple at the same time ... In love with everything: from bread with sourdough, anchovy butter, scallops, gnoccotondo and ..... the final apotheosis in the dessert. I won't tell you anything, but it's worth it just for the final dessert. . We will be back soon .... Cinzia

A heavenly setting for an unforgettable romantic weekend. Everything was exceptional! The welcome upon our arrival by gracious staff and impeccable professionalism, like all the teams in the hotel, restaurant and bar. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. The room with a wonderful view of the estate and the hills. The room was clean, nothing to complain about. All the little details have been thought of to offer a perfect service in an enchanting and soothing setting! We had the opportunity to visit the cellars with an excellent guide and this awakened in us the desire to discover the winery and its wines in more detail. The swimming pool is surrounded by vines and vegetation and we were able to relax completely, with the opportunity to listen to the song of the cicadas in the background. The pool service is like all the hotel service: PERFECT! The aperitif on the terrace in this idyllic setting surrounded by wild flowers, with an incredible view of the vineyards and the wonderful staff allowed us to relax and enjoy the place before an exceptional dinner served on the terrace of the restaurant. What can we say about the dinner! Everything was perfect, the dishes, the service, the view! Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise with us and allowing us to have a magical and unforgettable moment!

I got to know the structure as a guest at an event, and therefore my evaluations are limited to this event. Wonderful and truly high-level location, very good and well-presented food, helpful and very kind staff.

Wow! Beautiful just doesn't really manage to describe this place. Stunning views. Gorgeous interior. Friendly and helpful service. Although wine knowledge of some of the staff was questionable... We hired the bikes from the hotel and went on a lovely ride in the quaint Gavi countryside. We had a meal at the restaurant in the evening, which wasn't worth the price in my opinion. Wish we stayed for more than just 1 night.

Villa Sparina is simply for us French, the waking dream of the Italian dolce vita. The hotel is sumptuous, the food is divine and the wine is delicious. The gourmet restaurant is worthy of a Michelin star. The stuffed poultry, the lobster linguine, the tarte tatin are divine dishes. The sauces are exquisite, the bread, the ice creams and many other things are made on site. A real delight. Villa Sparina is for us an essential place in Italy. A unique place, one of my favorite places in Piedmont. Excellent hotel. Liked the restaurant very much. The main theme of this place is vineyards and wine! I really liked the wine. In general, it is better to come once and see all this splendor. there is no luxury in the rooms, but this hotel is not about luxury, but about the importance of the history of this place, these people.

I took part in a visit to the cellars with tasting on the occasion of a friends' wedding and I must say that, in addition to the magic of the place, I was impressed by the culture and passion that the sommelier Massimiliano puts into the explanation. A true journey through history, wine culture and flavor for wine lovers by a true sommelier who transmits all his passion and knowledge. 5 stars!!

A magical place for a moment out of time! The villa sparina offers a splendid view of the Gavi vineyards. The wine offered is excellent, served on the neat terrace. The swimming pool is a little far from the hotel but it allows you to walk in the vineyards of the estate.

Simply lovely and perfect. Great hotel, super delicious restaurant and very friendly and welcoming staff. Of course the wine is also excellent.

If you are looking for peace and nature, this is your place. Absolute peace and green surroundings as far as the eye can see. Excellent service both at reception and cleaning. I would highlight the breakfast, for me it was extraordinary. Lots of variety, freshly made and homemade products. Large shower and comfortable bed. The style of the complex is rustic, well preserved. They rent bicycles at reception. The amenities are of good quality. They have a restaurant where both the food and the service are wonderful. You need a car or taxi to get there since it is located on a hill and there is nothing in the surroundings.

A wonderful winery. A great restaurant, a very lovely hotel and a breathtaking view. The restaurant is of very high quality and the price reflects this - a restaurant that is worth every cent! The hotel is a boutique hotel - each room is individual with everything you need for a stay of 3-4 days. A beautiful pool away from noise and other disruptive factors. The staff are all around friendly, accommodating and simply service-oriented!
