Located near the historic city of Moncalvo and the stunning Sacro Monte di Crea, Vini Olivetta is set amidst the picturesque rolling hills of Monferrato in Castelletto Merli. This family-owned winery proudly produces a variety of award-winning wines using grapes cultivated from their own vineyards.

A Legacy of Passion for Winemaking

The story of Vini Olivetta began in 1879 when it was established on rented land. In 1920, Luigi Olivetta purchased the property, and his sons Attilio, Augusto, and Pietro joined him to continue the family tradition. After Attilio's passing in the 1980s, his son Luigi left his job at Fiat Mirafiori to carry on the winemaking legacy. Today, the fourth generation, led by Marco Olivetta and his wife Elisabetta, manages the winery. With a deep love for the craft, Vini Olivetta produces exceptional red and white wines under the prestigious Monferrato appellations. Marco cultivates 10 hectares of land, growing a diverse selection of grapes, including Cortese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Barbera, Bonarda, Grignolino, Merlot, and Freisa. All grapes are handpicked and processed in their historic cellar. In 2003, Marco established a laboratory, Enoasti, to analyze the vines, ensuring the highest quality in wine production.

Since 2015, Vini Olivetta has welcomed visitors to its charming B&B, set in the heart of the countryside. The accommodation features beautifully decorated double and single rooms in a shabby chic style, complete with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room for breakfast and wine tasting, making it a perfect retreat for wine lovers and travelers alike.
