The vineyard's cultivation methods are rooted in tradition, passed down through generations. To protect the vines, they utilize natural substances such as sulfur, lime, copper, and medicinal herbs like nettle, horsetail, and garlic. For pest control, only pyrethrum, a natural insecticide, is employed. Additionally, artificial nests are placed throughout the vineyard to attract insectivorous birds, promoting a balanced ecosystem. Fertilization relies solely on plant-based methods, with alternating grass planting to enhance soil health, ensuring their produce is free of chemicals.

The winemaking process at Vitivinicola Bellati adheres to both traditional practices and stringent hygiene standards set by public health organizations.
