The estate encompasses 36 distinct vineyard sites, each receiving meticulous care throughout the year, primarily located between Kleinweikersdorf and the Mailberg Valley. These small yet diverse vineyards feature unique soil compositions that enhance the quality of the wines. The Bromberg hillside is home to Muscat and Grüner Veltliner, with Muscat offering rich flavors and Grüner Veltliner showcasing a juicy, fruity profile. The Zuckershlee location benefits from ample sunshine and fertile clay and loess soils, producing classic red wines such as Zweigelt, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A big compliment for the excellent Wimberger wines! A few years ago, at a wine festival here in Tyrol, we had the opportunity to taste several good wines from the Wimberger family business. Our enthusiasm is still unbroken today!!! This great winemaking family not only produces great wines, they also deliver them to your doorstep throughout Austria! I love their wines! Firstly, it's the fruit flavors that I like, secondly, the family tradition and the warmth of the owners work like a magnet, attracting me consistently for over 5 years. The quality of their wines exceeds those from the surrounding area, and the price is an additional advantage. I love Monte Christi and St.Laurent - they are second to none! Appreciated at competitions and festivals, they have found many loyal fans. I recommend stopping by for some tastings when you're nearby. It's really worth it!
