Experience the Rich Heritage of Zeginis Winery

Begin your visit in the historic municipality of Ramnous, home to the ancient sanctuary of the goddess Nemesis. The Zeginis family has a deep-rooted connection to winemaking, passed down through generations. The story of Zeginis Winery starts with Dimitris Zeginis' grandmother, who planted the first vineyards. As you learn about this legacy, you will see Dimitris' passion for viticulture thriving in the beautiful landscape of the vineyard.

What a beautiful day! First we toured the vineyards, about 15 minutes from the winery. Beautiful vineyards! And the whole way had a beautiful view! When we got there, we walked along a part of the field and reached a huge tree where we stopped to hear interesting information about grapes and their care. The landscape was magical – the colors of green, blue, brown were beautiful! It's good to walk in sport shoes! Later we returned to the winery where Chrysanthi (her name means golden flower in Greek) visited us and explained us the whole process of wine making! At the end we sat down in the main room where the wine tasting took place. There were also various Greek delicacies on the table and the atmosphere was beautiful. Before we left, of course we bought a few more bottles of wine as a souvenir of the beautiful scents of Greece!
