The Start of a Wine Journey

Three young brothers, Francesca, Antonio, and Ugo are carrying on their grandfather Ugo’s work. A journey that was first taken on by their parents, Maruzza and Ascanio, who passed it on to them.

Thus, an old countryside village, born around a watchtower in the ‘400s, became a winery in the ‘700s where people produced a delicate and intense wine with old-school techniques, and later a small olive oil factory was built to sustain local needs, is brought back to life like in a fairy-tale. This is the story of Ragana and here we try to stop time and protect the beauty and the memory of a long-lost time.

The Winery

Today, Cantine De Gregorio is a winery with DOC Sicilia and DOC Sciacca certificates, a restaurant where you can try the local cuisine paired up with our wines and where you can host events such as weddings.
