A Winemaker's Story

My passion for wine began at the age of 12 when I stumbled upon a book titled "The Official Guide to Wine Snobbery" by Leonard S. Bernstein. The book, with its whimsical cover featuring a large nose, captivated me and sparked a lifelong interest in the world of wine. I found myself revisiting its pages time and again, each reading deepening my fascination.

The Perfect Terroir

Now in my 14th year in the wine industry, I have worn many hats: waiter, salesman, barman, sommelier, wine educator, and now, winemaker. My quest for exceptional volcanic vineyards led me to the stunning landscapes of Mount Etna in Sicily. This region, renowned for its unique terroir, offers the ideal conditions for crafting fine wines. My goal is to harmonize nature, hard work, and traditional techniques to produce wines that truly reflect their origins.
