The Ideal conditions for the Burgundy Grapes
The daytime heat is stored in the soil and is released into the vines during the night providing the ideal conditions for the Burgundy grapes and the bouquet varieties. The result of all of these factors is a fine melted gray Burgundy wine, a fruity white Burgundy wine, a full bodied and ruby red Pinot Noir, fruity rose wines, distinctive Gewurztraminer, aromatic Muscatel and full bodied Scheurebe.
