Bodega Vinificate was established in 2011 by Miguel and Jose, two brothers dedicated to winemaking in San Fernando, Cadiz. With a deep appreciation for their homeland, they aimed to craft red wines that truly represent the unique characteristics of their region. Before launching their winery and introducing their first vintage, Mahara, the brothers gained valuable experience working with local winemaking cooperatives throughout Cadiz.

Wines That Reflect the Terroir

The primary goal of Bodega Vinificate is to produce wines that embody the essence of their land, showcasing the soil, climate, and indigenous grape varieties. Following the success of Mahara, their flagship wine, the brothers expanded their portfolio to include a variety of red, white, and sparkling wines sourced from the Jerez region. Their vineyards, spanning 5 hectares, are located in Chiclana, Sanlucar, and Jerez de la Frontera. The predominant Albariza soil, known for its white, chalky appearance, supports the growth of Palomino, Tintilla de Rota, and Tempranillo grapes. The region's climate is influenced by the Levante and Poniente winds, with the Poniente bringing moisture and freshness from the Atlantic Ocean, while the Levante contributes warmth and dryness from the Sahara Desert.

A different and modern concept of wine enjoyment. I love Amorro, young, fruity and fresh. The Mahara is very successful, a serious and modern wine too. I really enjoy the white sparkling wines, but I like the sparkling rosé and red wines better. And the Sapina is a luxury. That we have these new wines in Cádiz is a reward.
