Cellar Tour:-

On our cellar tour we start in the vineyard, where you will learn about the history of wine making in Ronda and we explain about how we cultivate our vines.   You will learn about Anna Marie and Teo Conrad’s story and how they converted an abandoned farm into a beautiful Feng Shui designed working winery.  You will then visit the winery facilities where you will learn about our fruit driven approach to wine making and the use of select traditional, French oak barrels, in our cellars to produce full bodied, red wines.  To round off the visit you will enjoy a guided tasting of our four premium wines (1 white and 3 reds)  accompanied by a pairing with local delicacies / tapas from the Serrania de Ronda, on the winery terrace overlooking our vineyards.

The experience includes:

*  Reception and welcome at the vineyard.

*  Immersion in the natural environment and the viticulture surrounding the winery.

*  Visit to the different winemaking areas of the winery.

*  Tasting of 4 premium wines;  3 aged red wines in French oak, including the renowned Cristina (100% Malbec) and 1 white wine aged on it’s lees for 8 months.

*  Pairing with local cheese, iberian ham and salchichon from the Serrania de Ronda

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful bodega. It’s a very special and beautiful looking place. The wines are really good. Our favorite is Cristina! Nicky was our guide there, she is a lovely and dedicated person.

We visited in mid October with Rootz Wine Tours and had a great time! Good wine, good food, good friends. Even learned a bit about the winemaking process and the history of Wine in Ronda. The Christina was my favorite.

Beautiful winery! We took a guided tour with Nicky, who perfectly explained the history and processes. Afterward, we had lunch in the backyard overlooking the vineyards, featuring local products. Everything was delicious, and they even prepared a vegetarian menu for one member of our group. We were lucky enough to meet Rodrigo, the winery's winemaker, originally from Chile. He shared a lot of information with us and generously gave us a delicious white wine. All the wines we tasted were excellent; Soleón was our favorite, and we bought a bottle to share with friends. A wonderful experience!
